Ryan St. Louis

Owner & CEO

Ryan St. Louis is the Owner and CEO of Fire Loss Consultants, bringing more than 15 years of hands-on experience in the insurance claims and public adjusting industry. As the leader of the firm, Ryan has built his career around representing policyholders and helping families and property owners navigate the complexities of significant insurance losses.

Ryan’s experience extends across virtually every aspect of the claims process, including property damage estimating, contents claims, fire and large-loss claims, appraisals, claim negotiations, and client relations. This broad background allows him to understand a claim from the initial inspection and documentation through negotiation and final resolution.

As CEO, Ryan remains actively involved in the firm’s claims rather than simply overseeing day-to-day business operations. He works closely with Fire Loss Consultants’ building, contents, estimating, and field teams to ensure each claim is thoroughly investigated, properly documented, and professionally presented to the insurance carrier.

Through more than 15 years in the industry, Ryan has developed a strong understanding of both the technical and personal sides of a property loss. His leadership is centered on providing policyholders with experienced representation, clear communication, and a dedicated advocate when they need one most.

Michael Cloutier

Senior Claims Specialist • Large Loss Adjuster • Appraiser

Mike Cloutier serves as Senior Claims Specialist, Large Loss Adjuster, and Appraiser for Fire Loss Consultants, bringing more than 40 years of insurance claims experience to the firm. With over 10,000 claims handled throughout his career, Mike provides a depth of practical claims knowledge and experience that is an invaluable resource to both our clients and our team.

Mike specializes in complex and large property losses where experience, detailed evaluation, and an extensive understanding of the claims process can make a significant difference. His background includes damage evaluation, estimating, large-loss adjusting, claim negotiations, appraisals, and the analysis and resolution of complicated property claims.

As one of Michigan’s most experienced claims professionals, Mike works closely with Fire Loss Consultants’ public adjusters and estimating teams on challenging and complex losses. His decades of experience allow him to identify issues that may otherwise be overlooked and provide valuable insight when developing strategies for documenting, presenting, and resolving a claim.

After more than four decades and thousands of claims, Mike brings a level of knowledge that can only be developed through extensive real-world experience. His expertise strengthens the entire Fire Loss Consultants team and helps provide our clients with experienced guidance when navigating substantial and complex property losses.

Tameka Blanks

Public Adjuster • Field Claims Specialist

Tameka Blanks serves as a Public Adjuster and Field Claims Specialist for Fire Loss Consultants, working directly with property owners throughout the insurance claims process.

Her role focuses on working in the field with our clients, inspecting property losses, documenting damages, coordinating inspections, and helping ensure that important details of a claim are properly identified and communicated. Tameka serves as a direct point of contact for policyholders as their claims progress.

Prior to entering the public adjusting industry, Tameka spent years working with Consumers Energy, providing her with valuable experience in the utilities sector before transitioning into property claims and policyholder representation.

Through her field experience, industry background, and client-focused approach, Tameka helps Fire Loss Consultants provide policyholders with knowledgeable, hands-on representation during what can be an extremely difficult time.

Amanda Norman

Head of Contents Division • Licensed Public Adjuster

Amanda Norman is a licensed Public Adjuster and serves as Head of the Contents Division for Fire Loss Consultants, overseeing the documentation and preparation of personal property claims for our clients.

Her role focuses on ensuring that personal belongings damaged or destroyed during a loss are properly identified, documented, researched, and valued. Amanda coordinates the contents process from the initial documentation through the preparation of detailed inventories and supporting information.

She works closely with clients and our inventory specialists to help manage what can be one of the most detailed and overwhelming portions of a major property loss.

Through her leadership, attention to detail, and knowledge as a licensed Public Adjuster, Amanda helps ensure that our clients’ personal property claims receive the same thorough documentation and professional attention as the structural portion of their loss.

Andrew Casaday

Head of Building Department • Licensed Public Adjuster • Xactimate Level 2 Certified

Andrew Casaday is a licensed Public Adjuster and serves as Head of the Building Department for Fire Loss Consultants, overseeing the documentation and estimating of structural damage associated with our clients’ property claims.

His role focuses on evaluating building damage, developing detailed repair scopes and estimates, and helping ensure that all necessary components of a structural loss are properly documented and presented. Andrew works closely with clients, field personnel, and the rest of our claims team throughout this process.

As an Xactimate Level 2 Certified professional, Andrew brings specialized estimating knowledge to the preparation and review of building estimates.

Through his combination of public adjusting experience, estimating knowledge, and leadership, Andrew helps ensure that the Building Department maintains the detailed and professional standards Fire Loss Consultants brings to every property claim.

Kalob Newman

Head of Building Sketch Department • Xactimate Level 2 Certified

Kalob Newman serves as Head of the Building Sketch Department for Fire Loss Consultants, where he helps oversee the measurements, sketches, and property documentation used throughout our estimating and claims process.

His role focuses on creating detailed representations of damaged properties that provide our Building Department with the information necessary to develop accurate and comprehensive estimates. Kalob is Xactimate Level 2 Certified and is currently working toward achieving Xactimate Level 3 certification.

Kalob also works as part of our field Content Dig Team, providing him with hands-on experience inside properties affected by fire and other significant losses. He is currently working toward obtaining his Public Adjuster license as he continues expanding his knowledge of the claims industry.

Through technical training and field experience, Kalob helps provide our estimating team with the detailed property information needed to properly document our clients’ losses.

Sarah Hardy

Content Inventory Specialist

Sarah Hardy serves as a Content Inventory Specialist for Fire Loss Consultants, working with our Contents Division to document and prepare personal property claims following fire and other property losses.

Her role focuses on identifying and organizing damaged personal property, researching comparable replacement items and current pricing, preparing detailed inventories, and gathering supporting information for our clients’ claims.

Sarah works closely with clients and other members of the Contents Division to help ensure that personal belongings are thoroughly accounted for during the inventory process.

As she continues developing her experience within the property claims industry, Sarah is also working toward obtaining her Public Adjuster license and expanding her ability to assist policyholders throughout the claims process.

Scott Holibaugh

Content Dig Crew • Content Inventory Specialist

Scott Holibaugh serves as a member of the Content Dig Crew and as a Content Inventory Specialist for Fire Loss Consultants, working directly in the field to help document personal property following significant losses.

His role focuses on locating, identifying, photographing, and documenting damaged belongings inside affected properties. Scott also assists with organizing the information collected in the field so it can be developed into detailed personal property inventories.

In addition to his field and contents responsibilities, Scott is continuing to expand his knowledge of the property claims and estimating industry. He is currently working toward obtaining his Public Adjuster license as well as Xactimate Level 2 certification.

Through hands-on field experience and continued professional training, Scott helps our Contents Division thoroughly document losses from the property itself through the preparation of the final inventory.
