Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Public Adjuster to join our team. This role is ideal for someone looking to get started in the insurance claims industry. No prior adjusting experience is required — training will be provided.
The Public Adjuster assists clients with property insurance claims, helps gather documentation, communicates with insurance companies, and supports the claims process from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Assist with preparing and organizing insurance claim documentation
- Communicate with clients, insurance carriers, and internal staff
- Use standard office software to track claims and maintain records
- Schedule inspections and appointments
- Maintain accurate notes and files for each claim
- Follow company procedures and training guidelines
Requirements
- Entry-level — no prior adjusting experience required
- Must be comfortable using standard office applications (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, email, etc.)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Reliable and professional work habits
- Ability to learn new systems and processes
